Where We Ship
Leoshy currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your delivery address is a valid US address before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checking, and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays — if you place an order during this time, processing will begin on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has left our facility.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4 to 6 business days. The total estimated timeframe from the date of purchase to delivery is 5 to 8 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders totaling under $49.99. Orders of $49.99 and above qualify for free standard shipping, which will be applied automatically at checkout. No promo code is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@leoshy.com.
Delays and Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your delivery location and with neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@leoshy.com and we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us at support@leoshy.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun. Leoshy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
